1. Nordics; 5 reps
2. Deficit Romanian Deadlift; 5 reps
1. KB Press; 5 reps; 2 sec pause at top
2. Weighted Supine Grip Pull-up; 3 reps; 2 sec pause at the top
3. Walking Lunge; 30 steps
– Session Focus: Strength Imbalances/Mobility
– Deficit on RDL only if mobility allows i.e. keep spine in neutral
– Hands facing on weighted pull-up
– All sets of double-unders and sit-ups must be unbroken. If you catch your feet on 49 reps, you must restart from 0!
– Make sure sit-ups are legit! All the way up to vertical torso.
