Hang Power Snatch + Hang Snatch
Take 15 minutes to work to a moderate/heavy set
B)
Complete the following in pairs at 85% effort throughout:
Each partner completes 2 minutes of:
30 Hang Power Clean (45/30)
Barbell Burpees for remainder of time
Each partner completes 2 minutes of:
50 Wall Balls
KB swings for remainder of time
Each partner completes 2 minutes of:
30 Thrusters (45/30)
Pull-ups for remainder of time
Each partner completes 2 minutes of:
50 Sit-ups
Double-unders for remainder of time
Each partner completes 2 minutes of:
30 Overhead Squats (45/30)
Box Jumps (24/20) for remainder of time
Notes
– Session Focus: Aerobic Power 4/Snatch Technique
– Snatch: Primarily skill work. Full and powerful extension on PS and same extension on the following Snatch.
– One person works through set for the full 2 minutes before switching with partner who then completes their full 2 minute set.
– Partner one should be ready to go on the next set of exercises when partner two finishes.
– IKeen for more? Then rest 7 minutes after this and complete a 10x 2 min alternating row (row 2 min, rest 2 min while partner rows) at 85% effort.
