Weightlifting

Every minute for 8 minutes:
Odds: 15 Power Snatch (35/25)
Evens: 30 Double-Unders

Every 60 sec for 6 minutes:
5 GTOH (70/40)

Strength

Front Squat (pause 2 sec at bottom)
Take 5 sets to build to a 2 rep max then 5 sets at 80%

Wgt GHD Extensions
5 reps; 5 sets
Heavier than last week.

*Use barbell across shoulders.
