Snatch Grip RDL; 5 reps; 3 sets

Strength

Front Squat; 5 reps; 5 sets; @35X2

Every minute for 10 minutes:
Barbell Walking Lunges; 6 reps

Engine

60 sec: 150m row + AMRAP KB swing (32/24)
60 sec rest

6 sets for total reps

Extra

3km run @75% effort
