Five sets of:

Unsupported Seated Strict Press; 3-4 reps; heavier than last week
Rest 60 seconds

Alternating Pistols x 12-16 reps

Rest 60 seconds

Level 1 options – SL box squat or SL squat to box; Supported pistol; Heel raise pistol


C.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

10 Toes to Bar
10 Hand release press-ups
10 Horizontal Ring rows
30 Double-Unders

Knees to elbows/Strict knee raise/V-up
