Based on a workout by CrossFit Invictus…

In teams of FOUR. two people complete as many rounds and reps as possible of the couplet:

10 Push Press (40/25)
10 Box Jump Overs (20)

While the other two people complete 30 alternating down-ups. When 30 Down-ups are complete, pairs switch roles.

The two teammates completing the couplet alternate rounds so that only one person is working at a time.
