In a team of 3 complete:

50-40-30-20-10
Deadlifts (45/30)
Press-up

150 Wall Ball (9/6)
EMOM all complete 5 Burpees before proceeding with WBs

42-30-18
Thruster (45/30)
Pull-ups

75 GTOH (45/30)
At the end of every set, the individual who has just finished working must complete 3 Barbell Burpees before teammates can proceed

*Dropping of barbell on Deadlifts, Thrusters or GTOH will result in an immediate 10 Synchro Air Squat punishment

Level 3

For time, complete:

21-15-9
Thruster (40/30)
CTB Pull-up

then

100 Wall Balls
EMOM 5 Burpees to plate

then

30 GTOH (60/40)
Every break complete 3 Barbell Burpees before proceeding
